We no longer take custom orders. The reason for this is that it is nearly impossible to set a definite turn around time for custom orders. When you order from us, we guarantee that the item is immediately available and that it will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving your payment.

Payment: We accept payment through Paypal only at this time. We will soon have a webstore with an integrated shopping cart and check out process, but until then, after you email your order, we will send you confirmation email with instructions on making a paypal payment. This email will include your shipping quote. Please note: while we will hold your item for 24 hours after sending the confirmation email, your order is not complete until we have received payment, so please respond within 24 hours to ensure that your item is still in stock. We reserve the right to release the item if more than 24 hours have passed.

Shipping: We currently use USPS and UPS for shipping and will search for the cheapest and fastest way to get your item to you.
